Saung
Terms of Service
These terms cover using Saung, a personal work and time tracker. Using the service means you agree to them.

Who provides Saung
Saung is operated by Dzul (designbydzul@gmail.com), an independent developer. "Saung", "we", and "the service" mean the same thing throughout these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use Saung. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and do not use someone else’s account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
What you can do with it
Use Saung to plan and track your own work: projects, tasks, time, notes, clients, and invoices. You may use it for personal or commercial work.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harm others with the service.
- Do not try to reach another user’s data, tokens, or account.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or anything malicious.
- Do not attack, overload, or probe the service, or work around its access controls and limits.
- Do not resell Saung or run it as a service for others without permission.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you put into Saung. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service — to store, process, back up, and display your content back to you and to the integrations you connect.
We do not claim ownership of your work, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
Integrations you connect
Saung can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar and AI assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol. Those connections are yours to make and yours to revoke.
Once you connect a third party, your use of it is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for what a third-party service does with data you direct Saung to share with it.
Invoices and billing features
Saung’s invoicing helps you record and present your own billing. It does not process payments, does not move money, and is not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Numbers you produce with it — totals, rates, tax treatment — are your responsibility to check.
Service availability and changes
Saung is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, or retired, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We aim to protect stored data but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
If a change would remove a feature you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.
Keep your own backups
Saung provides an export in Settings › Account. Use it. For anything you cannot afford to lose, keep your own copy — the service is provided without a guarantee against data loss.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings › Security. Deleting is destructive: it removes the account and the workspace data it owns, and it cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm the service or another person, or where we are required to by law.
No warranty
Saung is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Saung and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the service does. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will tell you by email about significant changes. Continuing to use Saung after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
